Krishna’s life came to an end because of multiple curses. As the mythology suggests, Gandhari cursed Krishna that in the 36 years he and his clan will perish. He got his second curse from Durvasa when Krishna was asked to apply kheer all over Durvasa body. Krishna did obey this order and applied kheer on all over the sage’s body, but he left the feet because they were on the ground. Due to this, Durvasa cursed him that his death would be by his foot.
